Some important tips for pc gamers

if you are trying to install or run a game on your pc and facing troubles, then following tips may help you a lot. check them out-
1-check the compatibility of the game with your computer.see 'read
me' file in which 'system configuration' is mention.to check the
properties of your computer ,right click on 'my computer' icon and
go to properties.

2-uninstall and then reinstall your audio and graphic driver.but
before uninstalling drivers ,make sure that you got the driver disc
for your motherboard with you.if it is not provided with your com-
puter(it's your right) then ask your system vender to give it to you.

3-try to change your desktop resolution.this is done by right clicking
on an empty space on your desktop then go to properties and then 'se-
ttings' .here you will see some figures like 800*600 or1024*768 or
something like it.try to change it.no specific value will be set but
try different values and a depth of colour also.this could be from 4 bit
to 32 bit.

4-open the window of 'safe mode' which you could do by pressing f8
(or whichever button opens it in your computer) and go to the option
'enable vga mode'.this trick sometimes really helpful specially when
your game is being minimized automatically .

5-try to change the video and some other option of the game .if game
is not running on your computer due to some graphic problem ,see whea-
ther game options are set to too high values try to set them low.in so-
me games these options open before you play the game and in some games
these options can be seen at 'main menu' while you start playing.

6-some anti viruses also halt the speed of the game.

7-the drive in which you install the game must have a five giga byte
of space free to use the 'swap files' of the game.

8-try to install the game in the drive where windows is not installed.
also try to make a specific folder for each game.

9-never delete a game folder directly.always 'uninstall' it if possible.
.some folders of the game still remain in your machine even after
uninstalling then remove them manually.
