1-check the
compatibility of the game with your computer first.most of the game have a
'read me
' file which has 'system requirementsdata in
it.read it carefully.check if the given ram, processor
and all other hardware,operating system is all
matching wiht your computer.
2-if there is problem
in installation either our disc or your c.d. or d.v.d. drive is not o.k.
if you have one more
computer available with you , try to install the game on that computer first.
or you come to us and
we'll see if the disc is corrupt.
3-it is generally
seen the installation problem occures with the computers with 'combo' drive. a
'combo'
drive is a drive
which can not write the d.v.d. but can read it.so if you have a combo drive , make sure it
reads all the discs properly.
4-some games require
3d card or graphic accelerator card.this is a hardware and if it is not installed
, no software can

5-some problems are
not shown with 'read me' but they occur while you run the game like game window

saying 'dll' or something like 'dll' then your direct x component has gone
corrupt.

test to check it.try to install any direct x in your computer.if it is being
installed
very quickly then it
has gone bad.there are three ways to correct it.
a-install latest

b-if you have xp
service pack two , then try to make it
'three' by patching or install a new window which

c-you can get 'direct
x ' on internet and also 'direct x remover' that can help you settling up the
problem.
6-if the game is saying 'no disc' 'please insert
the correct\original disc' or 'wrong disc inserted then you
have not cracked the

running slow , try to set the graphic options at a lower level.
8-sometimes the game
resolution does not matches with your desktop resolution and some games do

applications are running smoothly on your computer. if you are not having a

10-check if you have
the enough free space in your drives. you must have at least 2 g.b. of free
space

installation of the game into your computer's drives.this space requires for
'skipping' files

11-you are suggested
to make all your drives 'ntfs'. it is the best file system to play the games
and some
games never run if
your drive is 'fat 32'
