both of the named errors and sometimes you see an error msvcp 120.dll has a very simple solution.
just update your vcredist and it will be vanished. actually it is 'microsoft virtual c redistributable' and it is available free to download on microsofts' site.

Watch dogs has stopped working , firstly it asked for msvcp100.dll so I updated my vc redist but it still asked for it so I downloaded it . Then it started and worked for about 10 minutes but soon it said that Watch dogs has stopped working. Please help me to fix this error
