Fallout 3 running error on windows 7 or higher versions fix working 100%

Are you fed up with the performance of Fallout 3 while you try to run it on windows 7 or a higher windows version? It starts and hangs after a few minutes?
Here is the working solution-
You need to edit the the fallout ini file located in mydocuments-mygames-fallout 3
Step 1: Open up the Configuration file in Notepad, (Which should be named "Fallout_default")press

Ctrl+F and find the following line of text. NOTE: THIS IS CASE SENSITIVE

bUseThreadedAI=0

You must change this to:

bUseThreadedAI=1

Step 2: Directly underneath the changed line of text, create a new line and type:

iNumHWThreads=2

Step 3: Save the config file and then close. Then try to launch Fallout 3.

These steps are basically telling the game to launch using just 2 cores. This way it will make

sure that the game will not freeze due to errors trying to find 'outdated' cores.

This fix will usually solve your problems, however if this has not worked and the game is still

crashing then try these additional steps:

-Uninstall Fallout 3, disable .NET 3.1 under 'Turn windows features On or Off', then reinstall.

-Renaming or deleting the music folder inside the Fallout 3 folder apparently helps as well

somehow?

If this has not helped in any way I am sorry, I guess you will just have to buy an Xbox and run

it off that

GTA 4 stuck on loading screen fix 100% working

Does your GTA 4 stuck on loading screen? You just keep seeing photos, photos and photos?
If 'yes' then here is the solution.
Right click on GTA 4 desktop icon and go to properties.
Look for the Target field. There should be a path given in front of this field.
Just add the following line after an space at the end of the path.

-availablewidmemX

where x is the available video memory of your computer. Never exceed the value of x more than the available graphics of your memory. It is the total available graphic memory(including the shared one)

The witcher minimum requirement error fix

Do you see the following message when you try to play The witcher on windows 7 or 8?

'this computer doesn't meet the minimum requirement to play the game'(or something similar to it?)

Solution is easy.

Go to the installed folder and look for the folder named 'system' folder. Here you will see the exe icon of the game. Right click on it and make a shortcut of this icon on your desktop.
Now go to the desktop, right click on the shortcut and go to 'properties'. Look for the 'target' field.
There should be a path just after that. Add the following line after a space to that path.

-dontForceMinReqs

Remember that you have to give a space(single) before adding this and write it as it is shown here as it is case sensitive.
now run the game and you won't have any problem.

xlive.dll can not be located in dynamic link library error 100% fix

this error occurs only because of game for windows live error.
a simple solution is download the cracked version of game for windows live but this solution works only for windows 7 or lower versions. for upper versions, you have to run the windows live set up while your internet is on and it will download around 30 mb of data. then disconnect the net and run the game but now you won't be able to save the game.
in that case, you have to crack it. for this thing, i found the following site is helpful-
