far cry 4 rope climbing error 100% fix

are you unable to climb the rope in first mission. you may hold the rope but can't climb on it? doesn't matter how hard you try! 
changing controls doesn't help, neither reassigning them or setting them to 'default' would help you. 
the only solution is a file which should be replaced.

Extract the file in
/far cry file/bin.
Than run the game.
Now it should run fine.

Alternative fix
If you have gamepad then try connecting it and play with it.Then you can climb the rope using the gamepad keys.

    by the way, when you open the file with winrar, you see the password in the right side blank space of the wizard.
